Hi, I'm Richie — one of your local Frankston plumbers
Water where it shouldn't be is stressful enough without wondering if the plumber will show up, or what it'll cost. We give you the price before we start, call before we head over, and clean up before we leave — same-day, right across Frankston, Seaford, Karingal and Langwarrin.
Tell us what's gone wrong. Our office will call you back to lock in a time, usually within the hour during business hours.

We look at the job first, then give you up to three fixed-price options in writing. Nothing starts until you pick one. If we find something unexpected behind a wall or under a slab, we stop and talk to you before spending another dollar of your money. No hourly meter ticking over while you watch.
A drain backing up the night before visitors arrive. No hot water on a cold morning off the bay. A ceiling stain that keeps creeping outwards. You want a straight answer about what's actually wrong and what it costs to put right. That's the whole job as far as we're concerned.

Roots in old clay pipes are the number one culprit around the older parts of Frankston. We jet the line clear, then camera it so you can see the actual cause instead of taking our word for it.

Cold shower this morning? We carry common units on the van and can often have you back in hot water the same day. Gas, electric, heat pump and continuous flow, repaired or replaced.

Frankston isn't one kind of suburb, it's about five. A 1960s brick veneer in Karingal has completely different problems to a 2005 build in Sandhurst. Knowing which one you're standing in saves a lot of digging.
Around Langwarrin and much of the sandbelt you get loose sand for the first half metre or so, then heavier clay from roughly 700mm down. That's exactly the depth your sewer runs at. The clay moves with the seasons, joints work loose, and roots follow the moisture straight in.
Karingal went up as an A.V. Jennings estate from 1962, and Frankston North was built out through the same era. Those homes are now well past sixty, which is prime age for clay sewer lines and tired galvanised water pipe. Relining is often cheaper than you'd expect.
The Seaford lowlands and the flats around Kananook Creek sit on what used to be the Carrum Carrum Swamp. Ground water sits high and overland flow after a big downpour is a known issue through Seaford, Skye and Karingal. It shows up as slow drains and surcharging gullies.
You shouldn't feel anxious about who you're letting into your home or what it's going to cost. Here's how we take that off your plate.
Whatever we do, we do it well. We stick to plumbing and gas fitting only, not a dozen trades spread thin under one name, so the way we work has been tried, tested and proven on real Frankston homes for years.

You know the cost before we begin. No hidden fees, no hourly surprises, just three clear options so you stay in control.
A family-run team that treats you and your home with genuine care, because our name is on the van.
Fully licensed and insured plumbers and gas fitters doing repairs that hold up years later, not weeks.
While we're there we look over the rest of your plumbing, so the next problem doesn't ambush you in six months.
A call before we head over, an explanation in plain English on site, and a tidy clean-up before we go.
We work around your day, not the other way round, and we tell you honestly if we can't make it when you need.
Nepean Highway down past Olivers Hill, the back way through Karingal to beat the Bayside traffic, the newer courts off Cranbourne-Frankston Road. When you're waiting on a plumber, knowing the area is the difference between a real arrival time and a vague "sometime this afternoon". Tell us your street and we'll tell you honestly when we can be there.
Proudly servicing:
No mystery, no meter running while you wonder. Here's exactly how it goes.
Our customer service team answers during office hours and asks the right questions to get your job moving.

We find the real cause and give you up to three fixed-price options. Nothing starts until you choose one.
Done properly, done safely, with drop sheets down and your home treated like someone lives in it. Because someone does.
We test it, walk you through what we did, clean up, and don't leave until you're happy with it.
Tell us what's happening and we'll tell you honestly whether it's urgent, what's likely involved, and when we can get someone out to you. Your price comes from the plumber on site, before any work starts. No pressure either way.
Yes. We hold room in the run sheet every day for urgent work like burst pipes, blocked drains and hot water failures across Frankston. Call 03 8595 5380 and our customer service team will take the details and give you a real arrival window, not a vague "sometime today".
For Frankston, Seaford, Karingal, Langwarrin and Carrum Downs we get to you the same day. Our head office is right in Carrum Downs, so you're not waiting on a plumber driving across town, and we prioritise anything that's actively leaking or unsafe. You'll get a call before your plumber leaves so you're not stuck waiting around all afternoon.
Frankston, Frankston South, Frankston North, Frankston Heights, Karingal, Seaford, Kananook, Carrum Downs, Langwarrin, Langwarrin South, Skye and Sandhurst, plus Mount Eliza and Baxter just down the road. If you're a street or two outside that, ring anyway and we'll tell you honestly.
You get the price before any work starts, not after. We look at the job, then give you up to three clear options at fixed prices so you can pick what suits your home and your budget. If you decide not to go ahead, that's completely fine and there's no pressure.
A lot of Frankston, Karingal and Seaford homes went up between the 1950s and 1970s, which means clay sewer pipes joined with rubber rings. Local soil is sandy on top with heavier clay further down, and ground movement opens tiny gaps at those joints. Roots find the moisture and grow in. A camera inspection tells you whether it's a clean-out job or whether the pipe itself needs relining.
